Due to the nature of digital content and the widespread nature of e-book piracy, we regret that we cannot offer returns for digital books unless they are damaged or corrupted, or unless there is some other error in the processing of your order (such as the wrong book is received). While we strive to protect the intellectual property rights of our authors, we do understand that mistakes and technological glitches happen. We'll work diligently to make sure you get the book you've purchased as quickly as possible.
Damaged, corrupted, or incorrect files can be returned for full refund within 7 days of purchase. If you find your file is damaged, corrupted, not what you've ordered, or otherwise broken, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of how to return the damaged file to us and will process your refund.
